Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide… 10 mg
Ammonium Chloride………………………….125 mg
Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride……..12.5 mg
Direction for use

| Adults | 10 ml (3-4 times a day) |
Should be avoided under 12 years
(OR) As prescribed by the physician.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
